Summary

A property in Melbourne needed a full refresh for its main garden beds. The old weeds, dying shrubs, and tired planting areas were starting to make the entrance feel neglected. The owner wanted the beds to look clean and lively again.

The Work

Removed old river rock, cleared debris and weeds, and prepped all planting zones
Hauled out about a dozen dead shrubs and a medium-sized tree, then cleaned up roots and debris
Installed new commercial weed barrier to help control future growth
Planted 12 Foxtail Ferns and one new accent plant for color and texture
Pruned existing hibiscus and performed a detailed final cleanup

The Outcome

The beds look much more inviting, with fresh plants and a tidy layer of river rock. Weed growth is under control, and the new plantings bring healthy color to the property. The space now feels cared for and visually balanced.
